Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

  • Boutique clothing orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Print-on-demand and personalized items are made just for you and typically take 2–7 business days to produce before shipping.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains both boutique items and print-on-demand products, your items may arrive in separate packagesand at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
